Summary: Enjoyed the neighborhood — condo is very nice— a few suggestions— toilets are older—new toilet seats would be nice—add hand towel rack/fixture in the bathroom sink areas—more or better lighting in the family room— more steak knives and cocktail glasses—larger beach towels and really nice beach chairs would make this a five star! It really is a nice condo--especially enjoyed the lanai.
