There is a $50 fee for each car if you prepay on the parking portal (website) at least one day prior to arrival, and you can purchase up to 2 passes. Passes not prepaid cost $60. Passes are valid for the length of your stay. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Parking pass policies are mandated by the HOA.
