Our beachy Admiralty House 2br/2ba condo on the 4th floor is the perfect location! Sit on your balcony and enjoy the amazing sunset!!! The view from our condo is a breathtaking view of the beach, sunset and pool! The beach is huge. No driving to get to the beach!!! We recently remodeled and decorated in light, airy beach decor. The master and guest bedrooms have direct inland views with a huge balcony to enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the twinkle of the island lights at night. Our condo has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in all rooms providing endless unobstructed views and natural light. ENJOY! THE CONDO OWNERS ASSOCIATION (COA) REQUIRES A BACKGROUND CHECK WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL $150 PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO ADMIRALTY HOUSE COA. This fee is not included in your total quote. Admiralty House is a couple blocks from several restaurants on Collier Blvd--walking distance.
