Positive: Self-check in is nice / the keypad for the door is convenient however, there were issues with this activating correctly upon arrival and issues with the lock activating again when we were attempting to check out. Both times we had to call for the system to be reset / opened or locked for us. Upon arrival the condition of the property was at times poor. There was broken furniture, dirty walls, broken base boards, etc. We had to call and document all issues with the property manager to ensure we were not charged for these things however, for the price we paid, this was a disappointment. Upon arrival at the property, the bins were overflowing with trash. We can to request trash be removed three times until someone finally came out more than 24 hours after check in. Additionally, the hosts have the thermostat locked. When it reaches 80+ degrees during the day, only being allowed to turn the heat on or off is ridiculous. Great location and well situated.
