“The Marlin House” vacation rental home is a completely remodeled family friendly home featuring plenty of extras to make your stay relaxing. Comfortable with a coastal vibe, our home is ideally located just a short drive to the beach, intracoastal, Publix, restaurants, shopping, and more. Our goal is for your stay to leave nothing wanted and we stock our home to make getting settled in a smooth process!
The space
The Marlin House is a perfectly located home in Stuart. It is just a short drive to Stuart’s downtown area, a charming street full of shoppes & restaurants along the water, an amphitheater, public walking trails and dock, public park, museum and concert hall. This home is close to Cleveland Clinic North Hospital. We are also a short distance drive to the beautiful Hutchinson Island beaches, marine center, house of refuge museum and many other wonderful locations to visit.
Our lovely 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath Home is a coastal oasis. We have a beautiful backyard with plenty of outdoor space to relax and unwind. We have a smart home accessible through a smart app. Our backyard is complete with a fire pit area and 3 poly wood Adirondack chairs, a large sectional outdoor couch with table and two ottomans, a propane grill, and outdoor cornhole. We provide beach towels and beach chairs, a cooler, fishing poles for the lake around the corner, and bikes upon request. Our home has room for your boat or RV, golf cart or jet skis!
The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances with water filtration in the refrigerator, a multitude of cooking and baking items including a mixer, a blender, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide a starter collection of coffee and tea pods, spices and cooking/baking condiments and oils.
The living room has a comfy sectional sofa and wood side tables, a 55” roku tv with all the apps available to use. The room also has a large fan with light, a tv console with games and puzzles inside for a fun family night.
The master bedroom is spacious and soothing. The king bed has a medium firm mattress with Pillowtop pad, a 42” smart TV with all the apps, a large ceiling fan with light and plenty of closet storage.
The guest bedroom has two single beds with medium firm mattresses and pillow top pads. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan with a light and plenty of closet storage.
The bathroom has been completely renovated featuring a brand-new shower with subway tile on the walls and rock flooring, a new toilet and vanity.
Our Kid Essentials Package features a Pack'n'Play, kids beach toys, Boogie boards, fishing poles for the lake, and wagon.
We are a child friendly home. There are hard edges on furniture and home finishes and electronics...We ask that our guests be responsible for the safety of their child as they would in their own home. Thank You.
***We are very strict on our number of guests. Our guest limit is 6 including children 3 or older. If you exceed this guest limit without our knowledge there will be an additional fee of $100/per guest per night

Summary: The property is newly renovated and wonderfully equipped. We utilized everything available from the kitchen, to the yard, to the games and puzzles and beach equipment! The beds were clean and comfortable, with nice linens. The only two things I would suggest is that 1) cleaning missed the window sill behind the couch and behind the toilet, and 2) that the fabric shower liner be weighted and/or a curved curtain rod be in the shower. The water pressure is high, which sucks the liner in against you when showering. It also leads to water/mist escaping behind the toilet. Otherwise the property is beautiful and well maintained with everything a small family would need for an extended stay! The neighborhood has lots of homes being renovated, though some remain a bit run down. That said, it was quiet and felt safe. Jensen beach is close, along with many restaurants and shops. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
