Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. The cleaning fee does NOT cover damages. The pet must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- Pet must be housebroken.
- Pet is to be no larger then 50 lbs.
- If the guest needs to leave, the pet MUST be crated. The pet is not to roam free in the house while the guest is not present.
