3 Bedroom Cottage in Denmark
Tucked snugly in the woods and with Sandy, shallow frontage, this family cottage will bring back precious memories of how we vacationed years ago. If you’re looking for upscale with all the amenities, this will not fit the bill but if you are looking to have a true “Maine” vacation adventure, this is it! 3 bedrooms all on one level. One with a queen bed, another with bunks and the third has 2 twins and a trundle that opens with two full size beds
1 Bathroom with a stand up shower, small gally kitchen with an apartment size cook stove, refrigerator and microwave. Open living, dining and kitchen all overlooking Moose Pond with hardwood floors, two sofas, two chairs & dining that seats approximately 8 + people.
Lower unfinished level is accessed by a spiral staircase with a chain across. With small children this would not be safe unwatched. Also there is a door off the living room area that is locked and cannot be opened. There is no deck off. A drop off. Don’t let this hinder you. Chairs are in front of it and it can’t be unlocked. I just want full disclosure.
Lower level has a pool table and some beach equipment for use.
Nice dock system!!! Really nice fire Pit with plenty of outside chairs for enjoying your smores, burgers and dogs with family and friends.
A $50 garbage will be added to your lease that is not on VRBO as a fee. There is no place for it.
