The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ground floor apartment is located in a secure gated complex in a quiet area. Under the building there is a big garage with gate. From inside the garage can start a lift to the apartment good for disabled people. Lift space is big enough for one wheel chair + few people. On the roof of apartment there is a big solarium. The property have 2 swimming pools + 2 bubble baths. The property has 2 bed rooms with 2 single beds each one, plus 2 extra beds if needed. One bed room is in suite. Iron equipment and hair dryers are available, bath-, hand- and even beach towels are available to ensure you have a pleasurable stay. The kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine at your disposal. It comes fully equipped for breakfast and dinning in, should you wish, however, the famous Villamartin Plaza with more then 30 bars and restaurants is less than 2 minutes walking from ground floor apartment. You will also find Supermaket, Dentist and Medical Center if you need them. Air conditioning / heating (cold or hot) can be found in the living / kitchen room. All the rooms are equipment with a strong ventilation fan in steps. Car hire is highly recommended to the country, starting price from 7 euro / day or good to know when you have a Bank account number from KBC you can hire a car for 0.95 eurocents / day. However there is a bus stop every 10 minutes on the Villa Martin Plaza which stops at the beach and the Zenia Boulevard. Also a Taxi rank on the road from the apartment. Airport transfer can be arranged.
