Newly renovated home with brand new appliances and furniture 10 min from downtown and 10 min from airport. Great home for families and small groups looking for a stylish experience in a quiet neighborhood a short drive away everywhere you want to visit in Atlanta.
Our home is located 2.5 miles away from Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood. It’s a short drive, cheap and easy Uber/Lyft, and 40-50 minute walk away. Our home is the perfect size for a small groups of friends and families in town for a show at Lakewood.
Our home was recently renovated and designed. Our home features lots of great style and technology throughout the home like smart TVs, Amazon Alexa, a Sound Bar, and a record player. We recently added some outdoor seating on the front porch and back deck.
The front door opens into a roomy living/dining area which will become the main hang-out area. The living room has lots of seating and a 55-inch smart TV with Roku. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 6.
Bed Summary: This home features a bedroom with a king-size bed and its own private bathroom and smart tv. The two other bedrooms are queen beds.
Outdoor Space: The home has a small side porch and a large backyard so feel free to bring outdoor toys and games.
Parking: There is a driveway with 2-3 parking spots that you may use at all times. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking.
Our home features a total of 2 HD Smart TVs with Roku signed into Netflix, HBOMax, and Disney+. Guests can also log in to their own streaming services via the Roku interface.
Guest have access to the entire house which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room and the side porch.
We live down the street and can be contacted through the airbnb app or our cell phones. Our property Manager Michael Harvey is available if you need anything at all before or during your stay.

***Accurate guest count is required by Airbnb and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. 1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Quiet hours start at 9 PM.
2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.
3. TWO parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.
4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.
6. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation.
7. Events, weddings, parties, commercial video, and photography are prohibited unless approved prior to check in. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
8.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your smoking related trash.
9. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. We provide makeup wipes and hand towels. If sheets or linens are stained, we will have to charge to replace.
10. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and may be assessed an additional fee. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by host. Unapproved late checkouts subject to a $350 fee.
11. Do not put food and cooking oil down the kitchen drain.
12. Please do not use our address for commercial shipments. If you need
something shipped to our address, please ask permission first.
13. No glitter or confetti Our cleaning team will charge an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti.
14. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
15. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
