**Damage Policy:**
Any damage to property or items will be charged at replacement value plus handling fees. Criminal charges may apply in severe cases.
**Mattresses and Bedding Damage:**
Damage to bedding due to oils, makeup, etc may result in cleaning or replacement fees up to $250.
**Maintenance Issues:**
For maintenance needs, contact us. For emergencies, dial 911 first, then inform us.
**Pets:**
We allow up to two pets (cats/dogs) with approval before arrival (one-time pet fee applies). Pets must be up-to-date on shots, leashed outside, waste promptly disposed of, and owners are responsible for any damages caused.
