The villa disposes d´un total d´environ 190 m2 et est divisée sur deux niveaux.
Elle possède 4 chambres (3 chambres doubles et 1 chambre double convertible into chambre quadruple if besoin ponctuel), 3 salins de bains complètes, une cuisine américaine entiérement équippée, a grand salon-salle à manger, une buhanderie (lave-linge et sèche linge ), plusieures terrasses, porch, a piscine privée et a joli jardin of type méditerranéen. Très jolies vues sur la montagne.
