Positive: WHAT WE LIKED: the bath tub with the view of the garden, the English breakfast, the jacuzzi, the serenity of the setting of the presidential suite (away from any traffic of other guests), the smiley faces of the personnel.
Negative: WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE: there were bathrobes, but no hotel slippers and the rocky stone courtyard to reach the jacuzzi was eina. I would suggest just a small hotel vanity kit with earbuds in the bathroom / more than one pillow per person / maybe a complimentary hotel shampoo & conditioner & body lotion / maybe a second toilet paper roll for the second night of our stay / maybe complimentary tissues? The safe parking is very limited - fortunately we drove with my smaller SUV and not my hubby's bulky BYD Sharkie, otherwise we would have really struggled.
Summary: BEAUTIFUL PLACE - needs attention to smaller details.
