Home includes an open floor plan family room, dining room that seats 8 and fully equipped kitchen including bar seating for 4, elevator to all levels, private in-ground spa, updated outdoor patio space and brand new gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, parking for up to 4 cars and many other amenities. Quick walk to the famous sugar-soft sands of Indian Shores beaches, as well as Salt Rock Grill, and Viola-Merci bakery. Summary: We had a relaxing vacation at the beach in this beautiful home. My friends and I felt pampered and were able to unwind. The deck facing the beach was our haven from coffee in the morning to cocktails in evening. There were several great restaurants and bars in walking distance and the beach was an easy walk across the street. The home was clean and hosts were excellent communicators. Would highly recommend.
