Positive: The location. The price.
Negative: No hot water in kitchen. Toilet didn’t flush unless you manually intervened. Several bedroom lights didn’t work. No kettle. Instructions for finding the property were not good - could say it is opposite a garage and next to the pizza place on Avenida da constitution.
Summary: It was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it or use it again.
