The bedding is new and good. 2 bathrooms including a recent with walk-in shower and one with shower bath. 2 toilets. 1 modernized kitchen with mini freezer above the fridge, electric oven and induction hob, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. 1 large living room with TV and DVD player, analog channels, a radio. 1 balcony and 2 outdoor terraces, one sheltered, a walled garden of 1000 m² under the pines surrounding the house. Deck chairs, 2 garden tables with chairs, charcoal barbecue, gas griddle. Possibility of parking the car in front of the house on the sidewalk or in the garden path that goes down the house. The beds have 2 pillows per person and a duvet. It is necessary to provide your sheets and towels, as well as the kitchen linen. The pillows are 60 by 60 cm and there are 2 per person.
