Positive: Fantastic staff - very friendly & helpful. Big shout out to Geoffrey who suggested Breka bakery (for breakfast) which was excellent & with great coffee
Negative: Given that the property is probably 3 star, it represents excellent value in a city where hotel prices are sky high. The downside is the area - no fault of the hotel but turn left on Granville St & things rapidly improve block by block
Summary: Excellent value for money in a city where hotels are very exxy
