Positive: The pool was lovely and clean, the room spacious and comfortable. Nice location on the hillside. Staff were friendly but if you can't speak Georgian or Russian you may struggle.

Negative: Very hard to access due to wrong map pin and difficult back road terrain. You feel that you're in someone's backyard, they will call out to one another across the courtyard and shout loudly as though guests aren't in the vicinity. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was our room. I had ensured to pay for the best room - a guaranteed sea view WITH balcony. However, we were placed on a ground floor with no view. When mentioned to the owner, she stated we hadn't booked a balcony room, we shared our booking confirmation, but the messages were then ignored. Thus, we were very disappointed with our stay especially having paid the extra for a balcony room.
