Positive: Located in a residential neighborhood with a local feel, a 24-hour 7-11 convenience store is less than a 5-minute walk and several metro stations are within a 12-minute walk. It's very clean. The air conditioners and WiFi work well. There is good water pressure in the shower. The bed is comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short-term stay. It's a good value for the money. The host is extremely kind, responsive and helpful. He strives to satisfy his customers and does everything within his power to make them happy. He goes above and beyond and will take great care of you. He even went with us to the local tennis center to help us reserve a court.

Negative: Confirm which unit you're getting. The ground floor unit 101, which was listed as “Two-Bedroom Suite” was not what we were expecting and was not a good fit for our travel style, as we stayed for over three weeks and often stayed inside to work on our computers. Lack of a private living space and a full-size refrigerator made it a challenge. At the time we booked, the listing led us to believe we were booking an entire 50 m2 unit with seating area & balcony. There is no balcony, and the “50 m2" is only true if you include the “shared space." This space doubles as the check-in office, storage of office equipment & cleaning supplies, and as a laundry room for other guests. We feel like this should have been explained more explicitly in the listing so that there would be no confusion or disappointment upon arrival. However, we were told that Booking's platform cannot handle such a unique set up. This shared space issue may not be a problem if you’re on a short vacation and don’t plan to be home during the day. However, if you’re doing a longer stay and need private living space for working on a computer, sitting on a sofa instead of on the floor or on the bed, be advised that anyone could walk into this shared space, unannounced, at any time. The host tried to be as courteous as possible and limit his use of the shared space, but the other guests sometimes walked in, surprised and confused as to who we were and why we were there (they were either checking in or doing laundry). This could lead to an uncomfortable situation for everyone. To be fair, there are only two other units in the building, so on some days there was no issue at all with lack of privacy. The entry to unit 101 is at the back of a one-car garage, so there is very little natural light inside. The few windows it has are frosted for privacy. The refrigerator is a mini-fridge.
