The villa has old Spanish tile and a large enclosed porch plus balcony that overlooks brick paved Charlotte street. Watch from you lofty perch the tourists strolling by and hear the click clack of the horse and carriage go by. Dress for your wedding photos taken at our very own historic gate as this villa is behind the famous White Room wedding venue. Kick up the romance in your life as you relax in this spacious apartment full of light streaming in from the french doors. Soak in the claw foot tub in the master bedroom with exposed brick walls and Spanish dancers adorn the walls. The living room has an old coquina fireplace in excellent working condition. A private cozy reading nook day bed can also sleep an extra guest along with the sofa daybed. Walk to everything as you ARE in the center of town. During summer, enjoy the music is the plaza just steps away.
The covered porch and balcony has a bar, billiard table and is ready to delight the most discerning guests. The porch and balcony are private for your own use only and not accessible by anyone else. This is perfect for any engagement or wedding related celebrations. The balcony is private with lush gardens including jasmine and bird of paradise.
The villa has an additional bedroom on the summer porch with heat and ac (rustic). We do not recommend the villa for 6 as tight at approx 1000 sq ft.
Both Villa Aviles and Villa Madrid can be opened up for functions and events for $1500 per night.
