The lovingly landscaped garden with, among other things, a solar shower can be used by guests. The property was completely renovated in 2018. The non-smoking house, which was partially renovated in 2023, is approx. 50 square metres in size and has a living area (sofa, flat-screen TV, radio, fireplace), a kitchen area, dining area and mini kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area (double bed) and a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC). There is also an outdoor seating area, a barbecue, sun loungers, a bicycle storage room, a car park and free WiFi. Final cleaning, water and electricity costs are included in the total holiday price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. The apartment is not rented to fitters/workers!
The small town of Lassan (1500 inhabitants) is a former fishing and farming town on the mainland of Western Pomerania directly on the Peene River, with the island of Usedom on the opposite shore. It can be reached via two bridges (approx. 10 km to the north and south) and by passenger boat. The town has a harbour, a beach on the Peenestrom, restaurants and shops as well as canoe and boat hire. Worth seeing are the town museum, St. John's Church and the herb garden in neighbouring Papendorf.
