Honey Cottage is nestled on the hillside below the famous 13th Century Brentor Church, one of Devon’s most distinctive landmarks peacefully situated on the western edge of Dartmoor National Park. This one-bedroom Grade II listed 16th century property adjoins the friendly owner’s home, a Medieval Devon Hall House. Showcasing level access, an open plan living space, a fully enclosed private garden and free off-road parking. After an action-packed day exploring the moors, head into the cosy open plan kitchen, living and dining area, and unwind on the comfortable seating, watching a film on the TV and enjoying the glows of the woodburning stove in the background.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, two-ring electric hob, microwave, washing machine and an under-counter fridge with an icebox. The beautiful double bedroom offers a restful night’s sleep and the en-suite is fitted with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and sink. The garden is fully enclosed and has 3 steps leading up to the private large lawn which has been thoughtfully set up with sun loungers and outdoor seating. The garden showcases a magnificent view of nearby Brentor Church (only a 15 minute walk), and it’s a fantastic spot to relax in.

The north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall with their beautiful sandy beaches, surfing and coastal walks are within an hours drive.
