Welcome to our Beautiful Home: 1 block and a 5 min walk to the Delaware Bay Beach and the awesome sunsets. All linens and towels are included in the rental. Beach equipment(10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas) and 2 carts are also included.
Very spacious home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, one half-bath, and an oversized outside shower with changing area. Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and feeding your entire party. There is a 2nd kitchen and refrigerator downstairs in the entertainment rooms which showcase a pool table, air-hockey, ping-pong and foosball game tables. There are 6 large screen TV’s, through-out the house with super-fast internet and blue-tooth ceiling surround in the Entertainment level. Parking in driveway for 6 cars, ample street parking if needed.
• Main Floor: The Primary Bedroom, en-suite Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Laundry Room, Half Bathroom, and a large back deck with gas BBQ. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES DO VARY. Please check your lease for your check-in time.
