Our one-bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience.
There is one space in the building's parking garage included with your stay. We cannot provide parking for additional vehicles and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity. We also cannot provide alternative parking for oversized vehicles that will not fit in the garage.
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to major interstates like I-64, I-65, and I-71 . Louisville's bike share program, LouVelo, is only three blocks to the nearest station.
