Summary: We rented both side of the duplex to accommodate out of town family. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the location near the beach. I felt it was rude for the owner to show up at times and also park his car in one of the parking places provided for several days since parking is limited and we needed the space. I asked the realty company to help but they did nothing.
