This Dazzling Bungalow has a private entry with a smart lock to give you instant access to your vacation headquarters. Once inside, you are welcomed with the crisp, clean, modern-day decor. The kitchen, dining room, and living room share an open floor plan and are great for entertaining, movie night, game night, and creating vacation memories of your shore vacation. The living room comfortably seats a large family. A 46 inch smart tv is located in the space with complimentary wifi at your fingertips! The kitchen is equipped with major and small appliances, utensils and cookware for your convenience.
Wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy one of 3 spacious bedrooms in this home. Bedroom one conveniently has 1 queen bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds and is adjacent to the full-size bathroom. The master bedroom has one queen bed. This home has a washer/dryer combo unit that is perfect to freshen up after a long day at the beach. The home also includes: a private front and back patio with seating, a private garage that parks up to two cars, limited beach gear, a work station to use during your stay, and a quiet neighborhood

Our home is within walking distance to Ventnor Beach, Ventnor Square Theater, Nucky's Kitchen & Speakeasy, a Wawa Convenience Store & the famous Sack O Subs!
Guests can pull into the driveway & garage directly behind the building on S. Frankfort Ave. Street parking is available, both free and metered options. Please look for signs to ensure you are parked legally and avoid blocking driveways.
Uber, Lyft, cab companies, and the Atlantic City Jitney (first stop at Jackson Ave) are all easy ways to get around. Additionally, AAAA Bike Shop is right next door and rent bicycles both daily and weekly. Most of the island is bike-friendly with designated bike lanes.
Our house provides 2 private garage parking spots as well as plenty of on-street parking!

This is not a place for parties. If you're looking to get crazy and have an awesome time, we are NOT your spot!
We want you to enjoy your stay at our home, so please keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10 PM-7 AM. Atlantic City has an ordinance against loud music after nightfall! By agreeing with these rules while inside/outside of property boundaries, guests are acknowledging their responsibility in following local laws--especially when it comes to affecting other people's peace.
We want you and your guests to have a good time. So, no more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on-site at any given time unless approved by the host or hosts (an additional unreported guest fee is $200/person).
We have to inform you that smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed in our home. If it becomes evident, $250 will be charged for every violation thereof and the smoker/using illegal substances may face further legal action as well! We want you to have fun, so please follow our rules! :)
We hope you have a wonderful time at our home! When it is time for you to clean up, so please take all of the trash to the trash cans: BTW: no glitter or confetti allowed. Also make sure the doors are locked before leaving. Don't flush anything other than toilet paper down this once- this must be respected!
We're sorry if you find any damages when visiting our property. Please report this immediately so we can ensure the right person is responsible for them!
We ask that you please be considerate of the check-out time, as we must have enough leeway to get everything done before our next guest visit. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees!
Cleaning:
Please be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, or stained items that need extra attention to make sure they're suitable when you check-out of our home.
We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable for you. That's why we provide basic amenities on the property like 1 bath towel per guest.
Your stay at this property will be exciting and memorable. You'll get the best sleep of your life. Make sure not to damage or stain any of our linens by using makeup/foundation; medications/face cream AND/OR tanning products (which can bleach some towels). Pretty please!
We know that sometimes things happen, we provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if they are missing or damaged after cleanup please note you will be charged the following rates:
Bath Towel- $10.00 each
Sheets- $20.00 each
Comforter- $40.00 each
Pillow- $10.00 each
Pillow Cover- $5.00 each
Throw Blanket- $25.00 each
We want you to have a great stay at our property. However, if anything happens and something valuable is lost or left behind during your visit - don't worry! We will work with all possible efforts in order to return what was taken by mistake within 2 days of contacting us following departure from said item(s). We know you'll want to get your items as soon as possible, so we'll handle the coordination of shipping the found items. There will be a $25.00 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. If any item(s) is not claimed within 7 days it will be donated at the owner/manager's discretion.
Please note that any violation of our House Rules will result in removal from the property. Acknowledgment and agreement with respect to these rules must be made by you upon booking. All guests agree to the House Rules at the time of booking.
