The main floor has a kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, and laundry machines. The kitchen is equipped with all major stainless steel appliances as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. We also provide coffee, cream and sugar to help you jump start your day. Our dining area has seating for four. Relax on our sofa and watch tv on our Samsung smart tv! Head up the stairs to our loft. The loft has king sized bed with a comfortable Casper mattress, large closet, and desk.
There is a dedicated parking space in the back as well as street parking in the front.

We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own.
A $250 damage deposit holding fee will be charged 1 day prior to check out and funds will be released after no damage is confirmed. If damage has occurred or items are missing you will be charged the amount of a replacement item or the cost to fix damage.

• No Parties or Events: Please note this is NOT a party house. If you are looking for a place to do it, please book elsewhere. Any excess noise and activity will be reported by our neighbors.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight
• Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Any other items flushed down the toilet will result in an automatic minimum charge of $250 to have someone come out and fix any resulting plumbing issues. You will be responsible for paying this bill if it is determined that the plumbing issue was caused by items other than toilet paper being flushed.
• No moving or rearranging of furniture is allowed. If any guest its found to have moved or rearranged furniture, they will be charged an $80 furniture moving fee. This fee is applicable if an average-sized woman is not able to easily move the furniture pieces back to the original location.
• No illicit drugs or criminal behavior will be tolerated. If a guest or visitors of original guest on the reservation is found to be in violation of this rule, their reservation will be immediately canceled without refund and they will be evacuated from the premises. In addition, proper legal action may be taken against the offending individual. Anyone to be found in violation of this rule may face additional consequences, such as fines, eviction, or criminal charges.
Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.
1. Take out all the trash including the perishables in the fridge and freezer. Garbage and recycle items should be put in their respective outdoor cans.
2. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the cycle.
3. Gather all towels and set by the laundry room. It is a huge help if you can start a cycle of white towels only. If an item has a stain, please place that in an obvious position so we can properly treat it.
Double check you have all your belongings and don’t forget to logout of your personal TV accounts like Netflix. Turn off the lights, close and lock the exterior doors and please notify us of your departure.
