Summary: This home is located in a serene area, surrounded by trees and wildlife. It was so peaceful! There was coffee, creamer and a few granola bars provided for us. We felt very welcome!We appreciated the beautiful interior refurbishments and appliances. Truly lovely.Plenty of paper goods were supplied as well as plastic and cleaning agents/supplies. Ample glasses, dishes, cutlery were provided as well.The property manager, Nichole, was very responsive to our questions/concerns, which was greatly appreciated.My primary suggestions for improvements would be the bed pillows, as well as the bath towels. Everyone in our party had difficulty sleeping because of the lack of basic, supportive pillows. Additionally, the towels smelled quite musty and a door to the laundry area was entirely unattached and fell on me.Overall, the property was lovely. However, it could benefit from some regular attention to the above and other details, such as checking to make sure the batteries in the remotes are operable. We were also unable to use the living area TV as it was impossible to navigate (even for my 20 something, tech savvy kids and even after watching YouTube tutorials). More precise directions for that HiSense TV would have been very helpful.
