What a place to come and enjoy a bit of private serenity! This stunning property is minutes from Coolum Beach and a short stroll to Marcoola Beach. It has plenty to offer for your holiday stay with a pool, media room, large kitchen and open plan living, alfresco dining and back yard for the kids and pets. There is plenty of space for you and the family to spend time together. Beautifully designed you will be relaxing on your holiday in no time.
Entering from the front is a large glass entry way showing off the pool and the beauty of this house.
As you enter the home to your left is the master bedroom with its own large ensuite overlooking the pool. Next to the master is the second and third bedroom. To the right of the entrance takes you down the hall way to the media room, main bathroom, fourth bedroom and laundry.
Towards the back of the house is a stunning dining, living and large kitchen perfect for relaxing or entertaining everyone on your holiday. The large ceilings, louver windows and large doors to the patio give and amazing breeze through this area.
The living room opens out to a spacious undercover outdoor alfresco area. Dine outdoors from the 8 seater dining table with an mini serving bar and BBQ.
Kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain at home. All linen and basic amenities are provided.

Coolum Beach has a proud surf club culture and lifesavers have patrolled the waters since 1919. The local Coolum Surf Club welcomes visitors and is a wonderful place to enjoy quality bistro fare and watch the waves roll into this holiday paradise.
Uber and Taxi services are always available in the area. For public transport options, the nearest bus stop is only a few 100m up the road.
Pets are more than welcome for an addition $100 pet fee, however, we ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Please no events or smoking is permitted at anytime
If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet. There is an outdoor shower and hose to use.

We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed please. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the sheets
- Keep pets off the furniture
