This 3100 sq ft modern home is situated at the perfect spot with a 180-degree view of the magnificent ocean, marina, and canyon views with amazing sunsets. It is truly coastal living at its best!
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The luxurious master bedroom is unmatched, with a breathtaking ocean view, a sitting area, 40” TV, a custom fireplace, and access to the backyard. The luxe en-suite master bathroom promises a spa like experience with an elevated ocean view jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and his/her sinks with large vanities.
The rest of the rooms all feature queen beds with top-quality, pure cotton bedding that will make sure everyone remains comfortable during the stay. The guest room by the entrance on top floor feature a queen bed, its own bathroom with a large vanity mirror will be the perfect room for those who may have difficulties with stairs.
LIVING AREA
The formal living room feature contemporary decors, 65” TV, a fireplace, and spacious sofas and seatings. A cozy family room with another built in fireplace awaits passed the living room and offers access to the balcony and amazing ocean views.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals at the newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, a large island, an SS 6-burner stove, dual ovens, distilled cold/hot water, dish washer, smart fridge, built-in microwave, and a 9-in-1 air fryer that also allows for steam, sear, broil, bake, and more. The magnificent ocean view you can witness while cooking will make this kitchen a chef’s oasis. When you’re ready to eat, savor home-cooked meals at the elegant 8-person dining table.
OUTSIDE
Our backyard and balcony all provide you with the perfect view to the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Up stair balcony also have a stove that will keep you warm and a grill in the backyard for the perfect barbecue moment.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Additional perks include free wifi, washer/dryer, and ample parking(2 in the garage, up to 3 in the driveway, and wide parking lanes on the street). This home is ready to be your perfect vacation home with provided cooking(pot, pan, knives, cutlery, salt/pepper, and cooking oil) and shower essentials(shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels).
HOUSE RULES
1. This is NOT a party house. This house is situated in a very neighborhood and we would like to be mindful our neighbors and respect their peaceful enjoyment of their home.
2. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay on the property unless otherwise approved by the owner. We will be open to friends visit but must inform owner before.
3. The house has many lights. Please turn them off when going to bed as we have lights outside that will illuminate the property at night.
4. The entire property is NON-SMOKING. Guests who smoke are please to do so outside property perimeter. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 if smoking residues are found inside the house.
5. If you have small children, please be mindful of the white walls and sofas and be careful of the fireplace and the stairs(make sure they don’t climb the sofa in the family room as the back of it faces the high stair directly).
6. There are surveillance cameras outside of the house for security purposes.
7. The house cleaning fee pays for the cleaning/washing of the bedding/towels, sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning of the property. It does not include picking up food, empty bottles or trash left around by guests. There are two huge trash cans in the garage and trash pickups come every Friday. Please respect the house as if it were your own as there will be additional fees charged if the property is left trashed.
