To access the house you have to climb 8 steps and a small ramp, counting on the ground floor with large kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, freezer refrigerator and complete utensils for 12 people. Living room with open wood burning fireplace, WIFI, TV, 2 air conditioning splits, 2 armchairs and 2 sofas, as well as a table for the 12 guests.
It has 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms: 2 rooms with double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 m, 1 room with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 1.90 m, 1 room with a bunk bed of two beds 0.90 m and a room with a bunk bed of 0.90 m and a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 m, all with large closets or comfortable. It also has a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor use and extensible awning.
In the basement you will find a play area with ping-pong table, target and several games, as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside you will enjoy a basketball basket, covered porch area next to the barbecue with sink and 10 x 5 m pool area with access steps and solarium with 6 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas.
The privacy of the property is guaranteed, as it is fully fenced, so they cannot be seen from the outside, especially in the pool area.
