Enjoy a fully stocked home meticulously landscaped 1 Acre Estate. Relax in numerous inside/outside open spaces. Just bring whatever food you like or delivered from numerous Restaurants. Walmart only 1/4 mile away! Prepare in the large Kitchen/ family room. Or the deck grill. Eat in the formal Dining Room, eat-in kitchen, or screened in porch. Kids will have lots of room in the very large back yard. We have a play set, double seat swing, fire pit, front gardens w/fountain, rear waterfall w/ small pool. Just bring your Family/Friends. Have fun at the Estate w/Wi-Fi streaming TV's / games, large work area, whirlpool tub. Visit all Lancaster attractions only minutes away!
House Rules
***NOTICE: East Lampeter Township (ELT) zoning
permit allows no more than 10 registered quests
including infants and children on the property.
Booking guest must check in and be on property
with the other registered quests. If any unregistered
quests are seen on the property (cameras disclosed
in listing) a $500 quest fee will be immediately
charged and they will need to immediately vacate
the property. If unregistered quests do not leave, the
reservation will be cancelled with no refund. ELT
police will be called to uphold permit by escorting all
persons off the property and can charge unregistered
quests with trespassing. Kick off your shoes & relax
Help keep our home clean by removing your shoes. (Shoe bench and basket in dining room) The laundry room has coat hooks. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No unannounced quests, all quest must be registered. There are 4 outdoor security cameras. No parking in front of GARAGE DOORS. Pull in
driveway and turn around. Park opposite side of Garage. Do not drive or park in yard. Parking for 3 vehicles.
Keep doors locked when not on property. The front
door can blow open if it's windy. Use the dead bolts
to keep doors shut. Auto locks change at 4pm check
in and 10am check out. Do not open windows and
keep doors closed. Eating in the house is only permitted in kitchen or dining room. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per quest. Please use washing machine if you would like clean towels each day. Leave door of washer
open after use. Starter laundry soap and dryer balls
provided. Do not use liquid soap or fabric softener.
Do not put hot pans/pots on countertops. Clean all dishes (or use dishwasher, starter soap under the sink) before checking out. Campfires MUST BE ATTENDED at ALL times. Extinguish fire when leaving area (bucket under
kitchen sink). Before starting a fire, check with host
for burn bans. Firewood is not provided. Please bring
your own. (The wood that is there is not for your use).
Do not move patio/deck furniture to fire pit, or the yard.
Do not move grill, it must be used on outdoor deck.
Please clean with brush and cover after it has cooled
down. Grill utensils in hutch screened deck. Please wash
and return them to the case. Water features for listening/ viewing pleasure. Do not enter, climb or throw rocks into the waterfall/ pond. Water features are seasonal. (May- September) NO BUBBLES in whirlpool/hot tub in Master
Bedroom/Bath. Fill tub 1/4 way and then enter tub
and finish filling 2 "BELOW drain knob. Emergency
shut off switch is in the closet beside the tub. Start
button runs on air, you may need to push multiple
times to prime the button before it starts. Whirlpool
tub holds 2 persons. No outside hot tub. No smoking
($500 fee). We can not be held responsible for outages
of electricity, heat/ac, water or if the internet is not
working. Utility malfunctions are not a reason for a refund.
