Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and with Valencia beach club and Panoramic bar on your doorstep, or surf, jet ski and canoeing rentals just round the corner, you have everything you need however you wish to spend your time.
The space
The boat is an incredibly spacious 40ft, boasting extensive living space with a living room featuring corner sofa and arm chair, a separate kitchen and dining area and two good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a spacious walk in wardrobe. On the other side of the living room you have the second bedroom which can be used as two single beds or converted into one double. The main bathroom is also just next to this bedroom, so is as good as two ensuites!
The upper areas of the boat are the real attraction. On the back of the boat there is a spacious al fresco dining or sunbathing area, with a canvas roof that can be kept as it is to provide a nice shaded area or easily rolled back to enjoy the Valencian sun and its renowned sunsets. The front of the boat provides further space to relax and sunbathe on the top of the boat, enjoying the tranquility of the water below and topping up your tan.
Location
Just 20mins from the airport and situated on the north side of Valencia’s marina, the location is unrivalled. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and to reach it you walk past the panoramic bar which offers stunning views over the ocean and the beach, you will be hard pressed to find a better place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine in hand. Next is the beach club, with infinity swimming pool open to the public along with its bar and restaurants. The beach is lined with a range of restaurants and the main town centre just a 10mins taxi ride (there’s a taxi rank next to the marina).
For those looking for a more adventurous break, the marina also has a jet ski rental, surfing instructor and board rental, kayaks, paddle boards and more.
While the immediate surroundings provide everything you could need whether nightlife, restaurants or relaxing on the beach, hop in a taxi into Valencia centre and you will find even more to do. The zoo is one of the best in Spain and the famous market lets you pick up some fresh fish, meat, vegetables and more if you wanted to cook up a feast in the boats kitchen and enjoy al fresco on the back of the boat.
Guest access
The boat will be all yours! You will be provided with keys to access the boat and also separate card keys for the pontoon itself. Should either be lost there will be a €20 fee payable as we too have to pay for the replacement.
With electricity and running water you have everything you need for your stay on the boat, and while the boat has two bathrooms including a shower, you also have the added benefit of the excellent marina toilets and shower facilities being a 1 minute walk from the boat.
Interaction with guests
The boat will be entirely yours, you will receive a guidebook covering everything you need to know and some suggestions for your time in Valencia, but if you have any queries I am on hand to help 24 hours a day!

Staying on a boat is an incredible experience, the water right below you and the calm and tranquility of being on the water is one of the best ways to enjoy your stay. However it is important to remember that it is a boat and therefore has quirks you don't normally find in flats!
