It is approx. 5 km to the nearest bathing lake. The approx. 87 square metre, centrally heated, barrier-free, non-smoking flat has insect screens on the windows, a large living room (upholstered furniture/additional bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV, radio, DVD). Player, Wii games console incl. small selection of games, dining area for 6 people), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, another dining table for 4 people, various small kitchen appliances, high chair), two bedrooms (1 x double bed and cot, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC) and a hallway. There is also WiFi, a furnished, covered terrace with barbecue (smoking permitted), two parking spaces in front of the house, a lockable bicycle storage room and the use of a washing machine for a fee. Burg Stargard is a small town about 10 kilometres from the regional centre of Neubrandenburg and Lake Tollensesee with good bathing opportunities. The townscape is characterised by historic buildings and wooded surroundings, and the most famous landmark is the hilltop castle of Stargard. It is the most northerly hilltop castle in Germany. In addition to a unique view over the entire region from the keep, the medieval castle grounds with museum, castle park and herb garden offer places to linger. Guided tours are also available.
