Seaview Crescent is nestled on the edge of the seaside village of Goodwick and a short walk from the beautiful market town of Fishguard, here you can even see the sea from the sun porch of this wonderful property which has been renovated to a great standard in 2021. It lies a 5-minute walk from the pretty harbour, complete with coffee shops, restaurants and a local pub where you can enjoy some Welsh ales.
The delightful town of Fishguard is about a 20-minute walk and well worth exploring, along with the lower town of Fishguard where the River Gwaun meanders through the valley and meets at the pretty harbour of lower town where you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and homemade cake from the café. This bright and airy holiday home is set within a cluster of similar style properties on a quiet cul-de-sac, as you enter through the sun porch into the spacious open plan kitchen, diner and living room you will notice how warm and social this space is, ideal for family and friends enjoying dinner together or relaxing on the sofa in front of the flame effect fire with a glass of wine, enjoy dining al fresco in the garden with a barbecue, followed by a catch up with friends in the spacious sun room overlooking the garden which catches the sunset. With no street lights in the cul-de-sac we have great night sky vision, hoping for cloudless nights!!
Both bedrooms have been finished to a good standard to provide the perfect night’s sleep with a kingsize bed and twin room. In the front sun porch, you can see the sea, cliff and Preseli mountains. From your doorstep you can take on some of the 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, passing golden sandy beaches, coves and dramatic coastline. The rugged North Pembrokeshire coastline is perfect for the chance of spotting a dolphin with boat trips leaving regularly from nearby Cardigan. Inland, you may stumble across the majestic Cenarth Falls, which if you time it right in the autumn, you can see the salmon and sea trout leaping up the falls which really is a magnificent sight. The famous walled town of Tenby makes for a great day out, along with Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood, and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo. There’s an information pack for guests.
