Situated on a very quiet holiday village, this lovely retreat has private parking adjacent to the property along with patio area and furniture for enjoying a sundowner after a busy day of adventures. Once inside a welcoming, bright and airy open plan living space greets you with twin sofas to kick back and relax in, Smart TV, dining area and kitchen with all the essentials. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other a twin room so ideal for a family. Both have a TV and ample storage. The family bathroom has a bath for long, leisurely soaks with electric shower over.
Set within a woodland valley, there are many walks in the area to enjoy, with wildlife including buzzards, kingfishers and owls to spot. Further afield, visit Bodmin, an ancient town with a famous moor of the same name, offering spectacular views and mysterious rock formations and craggy tors. The town has a heritage steam railway and enthralling Jail Experience, whilst the Camel Trail, 18 miles of mainly flat pathways all the way to Padstow, can be enjoyed on a hired bicycle. Liskeard, a former stannary town, has many shops, pubs and restaurants.
To the south, the beaches at Downderry and Seaton are your nearest with sparkling waters and stunning vistas. Polperro and Looe, both once a haven for smuggling, are a must visit, whilst Fowey, set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a delight, with narrow streets, boutique shops and restaurants.
