The 120 square metre thatched-roof holiday home for a maximum of 4 adults and a small child is located on the owner's 3,000 square metre residential property on the outskirts of the village. A separate area has been fenced off and completely enclosed for guests. The spacious holiday home extends over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine (use for a fee, 3 euros/wash). On the upper floor there is a further bedroom (2 single beds that can be put together, cot), a large living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table) and a bathroom with bathtub. A high chair is available for small children in addition to the cot. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. In addition, 4 bicycles can be used free of charge and a rowing boat can be hired by arrangement. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and a car park.
The small fishing village of Warthe is located on the Lieper Winkel, a peninsula between the Peenestrom and Achterwasser on the island of Usedom. The Baltic seaside resorts are approx. 25 km away. Restaurant and shopping in the village, to the bathing area at the Achterwasser approx. 800 m.
