This is our 2nd overnight rental here at Mountain Top Rentals LLC at our same mountain top location. The "View" apartment has a commanding view of Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. This apartment is a large 1,950 square feet. It a 2-bedroom with king-size beds in each bedroom, There is a full kitchen with every amenity we can think of. There is a very large living dining kitchen area that has a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, game closet, exercise equipment, a glow in the dark putting green/ Just outsided is your large brick paver private patio with a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC . On the patio expect to find a gas firepot for smores (Kits provided), picnic table, hanging porch swing, Adirondack chairs for sunrise coffee and a TOP of the line hot tub.

Huge Square foot apartment - 2 bedrooms with King size beds three 65” smart TVs - Full stocked kitchen with supplied drinks, snacks etc. Huge living room./ dining area with a large gas fireplace, overstuffed furniture, 65” TV with Cable channels, local channels, Amazon prime videos, and You tube. Large private patio overlooking the Cullowhee Valley and Western Caroline university. Patio has BBQ grill, Teak wood furniture and an LED lit large umbrella. Overhead are party “ string lights” Enjoy the Mountain top ‘View Apartment” and yes a TOP of the line Hot Tub.

Private parking for three cars, lighted pathway leads to the patio outside the apartment, coded door lock allows self check-in. The entire apartment is a self contained private apartment. There are no shared areas in the complex.

Our mountain top location has two overnight rentals . The Studio apartment atop Catamount gap and the View apartment atop Catamount gap. We have perfect ratings in both apartments on ALL platforms.
