This beautiful country estate sits on 2 acres of secluded green-belt conservation land surrounded by its own orchard with stunning views to the Mijas mountains. You´ll find 2 independent houses, each with its own private pool [HEATED in winter], numerous terraced areas, and complete privacy from each other whenever you need it. 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms. *NB. If you’re wondering why there are no reviews here yet, it’s because we’ve been renting both villas independently for the past nine years. Each has received numerous five-star reviews, which I’m happy to share via private message — Vrbo guidelines prevent us from linking to other listings directly on this page.*
The main house has recently been completely renovated with a mix of classic Spanish style and has a modern Nordic feel. You enter the house through a beautiful antique double door into the hallway which leads you into the spacious living / dining area from where there is access onto an amazing wrap-around covered terrace with views to the pool. The double glass doors allow lots of light to enter, which makes this a lovely bright living space, whilst in the winter the log burning fire and the hot & cold air-conditioning provide a welcoming atmosphere.
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and includes electrical appliances. Also on the ground floor, you have an ensuite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and access to the wrap-around terrace, as well as a guest bathroom.
The stunning open staircase takes you to the top floor landing where you have 2 further spacious bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes), a guest bathroom, and the fourth bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom, and access to a beautiful wrap-around covered terrace from where you can enjoy the incredible mountain views.
The house is surrounded by an orchard of orange, lemon, lime, fig, pomegranate, and mature palm trees. The pool has recently been updated with new tiling all around the terrace to offer a very modern feel to this classic home. The covered barbecue area offers a great place to relax by the pool and includes an outside shower, WC as well as a storage area / utility room.
The second property has been completely renovated to a modern style, and has its own access so can be used as a completely independent living space. It benefits from a living / dining area with open plan kitchen, double glass doors that give access to the terrace and pool area, a master bedroom with ensuite shower, 2 guest bedrooms, and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.
