Alquiler Completo Y Eventos:
En el caso de alquilar la casa completa queda estipulado que todas las habitaciones quedarán reservadas para un solo grupo (aunque no ocupen todas las habitaciones). Esto no conlleva el alquiler de las demás estancias de la casa, como la cocina o el salón.
El salón solo se usará para desayunos que se sirven por los propietarios de la casa, así como las comidas y cenas que se contraten con los mismos.
También quedan excluidos todos los anexos, como la bodeguilla, o la carpa, uso de loza, mantelería y demás enseres que no estuviesen contratados en la reserva.
**los grupos que alquilen la casa completa con uso de salón y cocina, el día de su marcha dejarán todo recogido y lo más limpio posible a como lo encontraron el día de entrada. También se harán cargo de la basura generada en el uso de la propiedad llevándola a los contenedores más próximos.**
En caso de reservar la casa completa, con o sin uso de todos los espacios, se pedirá el ingreso de 300 euros como aval de buenas prácticas, en el caso de que los desperfectos ocasionados superen dicha cantidad, la persona que reservó la casa se hará cargo del importe. El aval debe haber sido entregado 3 días antes de la entrada.
(este aval será devuelto al mismo nº de tarjeta o cuenta bancaria en los tres días siguientes a la salida, siempre que no hubiese desperfectos en el local en el momento de su alojamiento).
Si los desperfectos fuesen mayores a la cantidad entregada como aval, el contratante de la reserva se hará cargo de asumir los gastos de los desperfectos que se encontraran al hacer la limpieza de la casa.
En caso de celebraciones (bodas, bautizos, comuniones) en horario de tarde-noche, es imprescindible el alquiler de todas las habitaciones de la casa.
