Positive: The location was great, the villa was roomy and well equipped such as the kitchen had everything needed for home cooking etc. It was quite clean we found quite a few dead mosquitos near skirting boards etc but given the climate these may get in at times. Great for a family, we got married in Florida so there was a group of us and it accommodated us all easily. It is a great location for Disney, Universal, Sea World etc. Publix just around the corner and a park within the reserve. Just a small note especially for families with children - there is no alarm on the patio door. We purchased a small alarm which sticks to the door for walmart - would recommend the villa get one of these as it was great piece of mind with small children. Good pool guard for children around the pool. Overall a really good holiday. If some of the issues we faced were fixed we would stay again.
Negative: We paid $900 extra for pool heating - which was up and down. When we arrived the temperature was dangerously hot even for an adult. We contacted the villa via chat they were quick to respond and turned off the heater to let it cool down and said to ask for it to be put back on once it has stabilised. We asked for the heating to be set again once this cooled down. Some days the temperature was nice others it was far too cold we contacted them on numerous occasions suggesting someone come to look at it - while they were very good responding they didn't ever actually rectify the problem. The pool was cleaned on a Wednesday but they often left out equipment such as hose pipes etc which we would need to put away when we would return from a day out. The door into the garage did not lock - we put a portable alarm on the door which gave us piece of mind - I would also recommend an alarm for the patio door leading to the pool. The master bedroom bed is very squeaky - would suggest a mattress replacement but not a deal breaker.
Summary: A few issues but overall a great stay.
