Summary: Check in was interesting as the WiFi was down, quick call to the owner and we got inside. Had to wait a couple days for internet but this wasn’t the hosts fault, it was a bad spectrum node at the street. It was fixed and we were good to go. Areas that could improved upon: The floors were dirty to the point they made white socks turn gray and black (at time of check-in). If you have smal children crawling on floors this is something to consider. That’s something the owner can address with their cleaning service as I’m sure it’s included in their service. The worst part of the experience by and large were the beds, they’re in serious need of replacement. For a night or two would be fine, however we were there 2 weeks and our hips and backs did start aching. At least replace the two queen beds. Would make for a damn good improvement. The full bath toilet is loose at the floor connections, easy fix. The good: The towels beds and everything else were freshly laundered. The house is modestly furnished but cozy and comfortable. 1 tv in the living room. Toiletries are provided. The rest of the house was clean and tidy. Pots and pans were available and clean. The owner, Tanner, was great with communication and very nice to work with. We WOULD stay here again. Very close to anywhere in Tampa really and mere minutes from 275 bridge To cross the Bay.
