Positive: The decor was very nice throughout. The space felt large for the price. At first impression, it generally felt cozy and comfortable. The two bathrooms and bedrooms were convenient. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit were helpful. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is close to the beach. The bag of moose munch popcorn and guides were a nice welcoming. The check in and check out processes were easy. There was coffee, dishwasher soap and complementary laundry detergent. The place looked clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. There were phone chargers in both bedrooms. The host was very responsive. The plumber was kind and prompt.
Negative: There was a creaking noise at night possibly from the back patio awning creaking that sounded like someone walking on the roof all night. The shower walls were not clean when we arrived. The bathtub had trouble draining, then the kitchen sink had trouble draining. The garbage disposal for the sink did not turn on. The tap water smelled like sewage for the first night.
