In the heart is NODA, short walk to some of Charlottes best shops, bars, breweries, restaurants, galleries, hiking trails, along with the new Lynx station at 36th St(opening in Mid March). 1 Bedroom main level, and the other on the lower level, each with it’s own private bathroom. Additional 1/2 Bath on main level, attached 1 car garage, washer dryer available, and short walk to the pool. WiFi on site.
