Steps in the back of the house lead to the second level entrance. Enter to a kitchen with modern appliances, coffee/tea station (including keurig and electric tea kettle), eat-in nook. Hallway leading to large bathroom/laundry room with a tub/shower combination with good water pressure. Large living room with comfortable sectional sofa, oversized flatscreen tv, writing desk. Bedroom with king bed, tv, and closet.
This living space is above a two car garage and studio apartment with a long-term tenant. There's a LOVELY patio that was just completed last year and both units will share this space.
