This new addition to the "Seas the Day Vacation Rentals" in Neptune Beach is nestled just between Jax beach and Atlantic beach. This thoughtfully equipped 2 story Neptune Beach home is a great place to unwind or work remotely. Just 2 blocks from the beach and only a few more from the downtown Atlantic/Neptune Beach Town Center, there is plenty to do with your friends and/or family.
This renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath house comes with a fenced in backyard pool. Master bedroom has a king bed and a large master bath with both a shower and a jacuzzi tub. 2nd largest bedroom has a queen bed and the kids room has a bunk bed that is capable of sleeping four. Backyard has lots of outdoor furniture and a gas grill for cooking.
This home's location is tough to beat. With access to a private pool with seating for the whole family or friend group, the amenities included in the listing are almost too long to list. From bicycles, to boogie boards and surfboards, to an EV charger, you should have everything you need at your fingertips. The beach is a mere 1.5 blocks away, and on the East side of A1A, it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to.
Guests are able to use the surfboards, boogie boards, rafts, beach chairs, and beach bikes on property. Washer & dryer provided in the garage. Public Park (Jarboe) across the street has tennis courts, volleyball, pickleball, basketball, and lots of other fun for the kids.

Neptune Beach is a small quiet beach town located between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. The beach is due east within a 1 minute walk from the unit. Just west of A1A from the property is Jarboe Park. It's a great local park that has basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, pickleball courts, a nice walk track, and some climbing/playground equipment for kids.
Walking, bicycling, uber, skateboarding are all frequently used around here but we recommend downloading beachbuggies free app and going to your favorite spots by a free ride in beachbuggies custom golf carts. Don't forget to tip your drivers :-)
There is no fence installed around the pool.
