Our newly renovated guesthouse lies in the heart of Forest Heights. Nestled on 1.64 wooded acres, complete with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen and forest views from every room. Whether you are in town for Game Days, visiting your student, or just enjoying all that Athens has to offer, this house has all the essentials. This house offers easy access to UGA Campus, Downtown Athens, and the Beechwood Area. Conveniently located 14 minutes from Sanford Stadium, a perfect destination for your Georgia Football weekend. The space has a separate bedroom with a King size bed, the two other bedrooms each come with double beds, spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. You are renting the entire upstairs floor of the house. Owner lives in a separate unit downstairs and is available if you need any assistance during your stay. We may see you in passing but respect your privacy while you stay. NO SMOKING - $200 penalty for breaking this house rule. If you are bringing more than 3 cars please let us know! Parking on the property is for registered guests only. Thank you! Also I have a pet cat, if your allergic to cats please be aware.
