This 3 BDR/2 bath property is along the cascade loop highway with proximity to some of the best hiking trails in Washington. Relax with your entire group at the base of Sauk Mountain and the Skagit river basin with your own a hot tub, outdoor pizza oven, fire pit and private creek.
The property has a farmhouse feel and there is nothing but Forest Service Land between it and Canada. The Skagit land trust nature trail loop accessing Sutter creek is just down the road. Two miles away is the road to access Sauk Mountain. From the property itself, there is creek access to an amazing waterfall. It is a short walk to the Milepost 100 rest area which is popular for eagle watching and accessing the Skagit River. Cascade River Road and access to the Cascade Pass area is a 7 mile drive east. There in Marblemount you can access the National Park's Wilderness Information Center and there are three restaurants there to choose from.
