Welcome to Yeabridge Farm, this beautifully presented farmhouse offers fantastic accommodation for all the family to enjoy their holiday. The property is located on large grounds behind double gates where you have access to open fields for long countryside walks or bike rides. On site is a large lake which the current owners have offered a seating area to enjoy the summer days watching the ducks and wildlife. It really is a place to relax and unwind.
Inside the property you are greeted by a spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area; in the living room you have the use of a Smart TV with reclining sofas for all the family, a large dining room table and well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed, en-suite shower room with separate bath and bunk beds if required. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bedroom three is a twin bedroom with single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a double shower, corner bath and heated towel rail. Outside the front garden is private with garden furniture a firepit and well-maintained grounds. As well as holidaymakers, the owner is happy to accept contractors/commercial stays.
The picturesque town of Beaminster is a 5-minute drive away where you will find several pubs and restaurants, if you wanted to take a trip out further the seaside town of Lyme Regis is a 30 minute drive away where you can take in the sites of the World-Famous Dorset Jurassic Coastline and home to many award-winning restaurants. A firm favourite is the fish and chips. Beach 10 miles.
