It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, various small kitchen appliances), 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (shower/WC), a guest WC and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 car parking spaces, bicycle storage, cot, high chair and free W-LAN.
Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. The property is not rented to youth groups. Parties are not permitted.
