Before 7 p.m your welcome pack and all park details will be available at reception when you check in.

Please note towels and tea towels are not supplied, but can be purchased from the on-site shop along with your other essentials.Infants will need to be counted in the party total at the time of booking to avoid any issues on arrival.

There are approximately 6-7 steps into the leisure pool area and two flights of stairs into the main entertainment venue.
